In empowering our most marginalized youths so that they have the opportunity to fulfill their dreams and achieve greatness within themselves and their communities. Our accredited-based leadership mentor programs for at-risk young girls and women provide students with credential-based pathways to good jobs and careers.
To cultivate our promising future leaders, especially young women and girls of racially diverse backgrounds and low-income communities, we must expand learning opportunities for all students. WCF provides the skills and knowledge needed for students to become confident, self-reliant and embrace the leaders that they are in the workplace, their communities and in their amazing life.
